Rejection Policy

You have the right to dispute the accuracy of any information provided to the landlord/manager by a screening service or credit-reporting agency. If your application is denied due to unfavorable information obtained during the screening process, you may:

1. Contact the Screening Company:
In writing, contact the screening company that provided the information to obtain a copy of your screening results. The screening company that processed your application is AMRENT. The company name and the reference number for your screening results will be listed on the denial letter.

2. Credit Discrepancies:
If your application was denied due to credit-related issues, contact the credit-reporting agency that reported the unfavorable information.

3. Correcting Errors:
If there is incorrect information on your credit report, follow the procedures outlined by the credit-reporting agency to correct the information.

If your application was denied and you believe you meet the qualifications as outlined in our criteria, you may request a review of your application. To do so, please write to:

In your letter or email, explain the reasons you believe your application should be approved, and include any additional documentation you would like us to consider. We will review your file and notify you of the outcome of the review within 10 business days of receipt.
